Where do I begin?
The next step is to get ballpark costs for your home, which will coincide with selecting a lot. Once a lot is selected/secured, it’s time to start designing your dream home!

Our Design Program
WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROGRAM?
Typically, the starting point will be Space Planning with “bubble diagrams” and one-line drawings. We’ll then move to CAD drawings and your specifications. It may sound stressful, but we are here to guide you every step of the way. Most importantly, there is no commitment to construction once the design phase is complete – it’s rare that our qualities don’t overshadow the need to bid out the project, but you are absolutely welcome to do that!
We’re also happy to partner with architects, engineers, and/or designers as you see fit.
HOW MUCH DOES YOUR DESIGN PROGRAM COST?
We take a deposit of approximately $1 per Square Foot (under roof). However, that deposit is credited to you if/when you decide to move forward with our team to construction.
WHAT DO I GET FROM YOUR DESIGN PROGRAM?
The hard deliverables of our design program are:
- Build-Ready Plans:
- Elevations/Floors/Foundation/Electrical/Sections/Details
- Tailored Specifications including itemized allowance budgets
- Home Cost (quote) as determined by our very
- Detailed Estimate
- Construction Agreement
Besides those “hard” deliverables, you also get the years of experience, creativity, and energy that our team has to offer. You won’t find a more pleasant and FUN route to developing your home plans.
I ALREADY HAVE PLANS. CAN WE USE THOSE?
Absolutely. We can modify existing plans or leave them as-is, and still work with you to develop the other deliverables within our design program. If you have sufficient specifications as well, then no need to enter our design program at all. We’ll provide a quote for free!
